From LooCafe to ReFlow
Ixora Corporate Services was incorporated in 2016. LooCafe launched in 2018. ReFlow’s public unit is at Lumbini Park.

ReFlow sits on LooCafe’s operating model and Ixora Corporate Services, incorporated in 2016. The treatment system is the circular toilet.
The LooCafe Foundation
In May 2018, LooCafe opened in Hyderabad: a public toilet funded by a café and advertising, under a GHMC partnership.
LooCafe still runs public toilets at transit points.
That operating record, maintenance, and the GHMC partnership are the base ReFlow builds on.
The Fork: Why ReFlow?
LooCafe works brilliantly for urban transit locations with sewage connections. But what about:
Coastal Areas
CRZ regulations prohibit sewage discharge. No sewer connection possible.
Water-Stressed Regions
Traditional flush toilets waste 6-15 liters per use. Unsustainable in drought-prone areas.
Off-Grid Locations
Remote areas lack electricity and water supply infrastructure.

Government buyers need standardized, deployable units — not custom construction.
ReFlow was created to solve these challenges. Same operational model as LooCafe. The treatment uses electrochemical oxidation plus anaerobic digestion. The treatment line descends from the Caltech work built by Yixing Eco-San; Eco-San’s unit holds the 8 January 2025 TÜV SÜD ISO 30500 certificate; ReFlow is not that holder.

Abhishek founded Ixora Group in 2010, building it into a multi-service facilities management company with operations across India. He launched LooCafe to address Hyderabad's public sanitation gap, and now leads ReFlow to bring next-generation sanitation technology to districts nationwide.
